These terms apply to your use of this website. By browsing it, you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Luxe Hair Salon Phoenix, a hair salon at 520 W Union Hills Dr suite 105, Phoenix, AZ 85027.

Using this site

You may browse this site and use the information on it to learn about our services and get in touch. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or copy it wholesale for use elsewhere.

Booking appointments

Online booking is handled by Phorest, a separate company. When you follow a booking link you leave this site and their terms apply to that transaction. Bridal and wedding-party bookings are arranged by phone rather than online.

An appointment is a request until we confirm it. Our current cancellation, rescheduling, and late-arrival policy is provided to you when you book and at confirmation. If you are unsure what applies to your appointment, call us on (602) 884-3186 and we will tell you before you commit.

Pricing and consultations

Prices shown on this site are starting prices and are subject to change. Hair services vary by hair length, density, condition, existing colour, and the time the work actually takes, so the final price for your appointment is confirmed with your stylist — at consultation where one is needed.

We try to keep this site accurate, but if a price or service detail here ever conflicts with what your stylist quotes you in the salon, the quote you are given directly is the one that applies.

Hair services and results

Photographs on this site show real work on real clients. They are examples, not a promise of a particular outcome. Colour and lightening results depend on your hair's history and condition, and some looks take more than one appointment to reach safely.

Please tell your stylist about previous colour, chemical treatments such as keratin or relaxers, box dye, medications affecting your hair or scalp, and any allergy or sensitivity, before work begins. If you have a known sensitivity, ask us about a patch test in advance.

Gift cards

Gift cards are issued and administered through Square. Their terms apply. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires it.

Our content

The text, photographs, and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may share links to our pages freely. Please do not republish our photographs or copy as your own.

Links to other sites

We link to services we use and places we like — including our booking system, payment provider, social profiles, and review pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
