Accessibility
How this website is built to be usable by everyone, what the salon offers in person, and how to tell us when something is in your way.

Our commitment
Everyone should be able to read this site, find our prices, and book an appointment — whether they use a mouse, a keyboard, a screen reader, or a phone held in one hand. That is the standard we build to, and when something falls short of it we want to know so we can fix it.
The standard we work to
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our reference when designing and building this site. We do not claim formal conformance — the site has not been independently audited — but the guidelines shape how it is written and coded, and we review new pages against them.
What this site does
- Every page has a "Skip to content" link, a proper heading structure, and landmark regions, so screen reader and keyboard users can move around without wading through the navigation each time.
- Everything you can do with a mouse you can do with a keyboard: menus, the gallery, and the photo viewer are all keyboard-operable, the Escape key closes anything that opens over the page, and the element you are on always shows a visible focus outline.
- Every photograph has a written description (alt text).
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the site honors that setting and switches its animations off.
- The site is fully bilingual — every page tells your browser and assistive technology whether it is in English or Spanish, so screen readers use the right pronunciation.
- Text is real text, not pictures of text, so you can resize it and use high-contrast modes in your browser.
Known limitations
Some things on or linked from this site are run by other companies, and their accessibility is not under our control:
- Online booking happens on Phorest's website. If it gives you trouble, call us on (602) 884-3186 and we will book you by phone — everything bookable online is bookable by phone.
- The map on our contact page and homepage is an embedded Google map. Our full street address is always written out beside it as plain text.
Visiting the salon
The salon has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, wheelchair-accessible parking, and a wheelchair-accessible restroom.
If there is anything that would make your visit easier — help from the parking lot, extra time, or anything else — tell us when you book and we will arrange it.
Feedback
If any part of this website is hard for you to use, we would genuinely like to hear about it: call (602) 884-3186 or email [email protected]. Telling us the page and what got in the way is plenty — we will take it from there.
