Luxe opened in North Phoenix in 2020 — one chair, one colorist, one big hunch that Phoenix deserved a salon that didn't feel like a chain. A few years on, we're five stylists deep and still obsessing over the same things: real consults, honest prices, color that holds up in 150° parking lots.
We're women-owned and proudly independent, and we run as one team: every stylist works to the same standards on consults, color, and care, so your experience holds up no matter whose chair you sit in.

I'm new — what should I book first?
If you're coming for cut or basic color, just book directly. For balayage, extensions, color correction, or any big change, book a free 15-minute consult first so we can quote accurately and plan the right approach.
Do you offer a first-visit discount?
Yes — 10% off for first-time visitors. Mention it when you book; it can't be combined with our other specials.

What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged a $50 fee — it protects our stylists' time and the quality of service we give every guest.
Do you do extensions?
Yes — sew-in, tape-in, and micro-bead extensions. The install doesn't include the hair: bring your own, or book a consultation and we'll match it for you.
Do you have a redo policy?
Yes. If you aren't 100% happy, call us within 7 days and we'll make it right — no extra charge, no questions that sound like blame.
Do you travel for bridal?
Yes — across the Valley: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Peoria, Glendale, Surprise. Call us to plan your date.
Which products do you carry?
Moroccanoil, Wella, and Schwarzkopf. We only retail what we use on the floor.
